玻璃纖維針刺氈

玻璃纖維針刺氈是一種結(jié)構(gòu)合理、性能較好的過濾材料，以玻璃纖維為原料，用刺針對(duì)梳理后的短切玻纖氈進(jìn)行針刺，用機(jī)械方法使氈層玻纖之間、氈層玻纖與增強(qiáng)玻纖基布之間纖維相互纏結(jié)，纖網(wǎng)得以加固而制成的氈狀非織造布過濾材料。

它不僅具有玻纖織物耐高溫、耐腐蝕、尺寸穩(wěn)定、伸長(zhǎng)收縮率極小、強(qiáng)度高的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，而且氈層纖維呈單纖維，三維微孔結(jié)構(gòu)，孔隙率高，對(duì)氣體過濾阻力小，是一種較高速、高效的高溫過濾材料。與其它的耐高溫化纖氈相比，其具有價(jià)格低、耐溫更高等特殊優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但其運(yùn)行阻力高于一般化纖高溫濾材

1、斷熱性佳:根據(jù)物理原理，氣體的熱傳導(dǎo)率小、**的斷熱材質(zhì)內(nèi)部均有很多空氣穴。而玻璃纖維針刺棉具有無數(shù)細(xì)小氣體，且纖維呈現(xiàn)不規(guī)則排列，為極佳隔熱材料，熱傳導(dǎo)系數(shù)0.2~0.040kcal/mhr。c之間;

2、不會(huì)燃燒:玻璃纖維的主要成分為硅化物(占50%以上)，具有不燃性、無變形、無脆化，耐高溫達(dá)700℃;

5、耐腐蝕性高:玻璃纖維不怕強(qiáng)酸、強(qiáng)堿，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不會(huì)減低其功能特性;

6、復(fù)原性好:玻璃纖維內(nèi)含無數(shù)固定氣穴，復(fù)原性**。不怕任何沖擊震動(dòng)，抗拉強(qiáng)度均1.0kg以上。

7、吸濕率低:吸濕率通常接近于零。

8、重量輕而軟:與其他隔熱材比較，玻璃纖維針刺氈的質(zhì)量**輕、**柔，若安裝在機(jī)械上，可減輕其重量與震動(dòng)的負(fù)荷。

9、施工簡(jiǎn)易:尺寸可依客戶來裁切。
